Negative: Our stay had both positive and negative aspects. The food was good, and the restaurant staff were friendly and polite. Some members of the hotel staff were also kind and helpful. However, we were disappointed with the reception staff. Only one or two receptionists were welcoming, while the others seemed unfriendly and did not respond to our WhatsApp messages when we needed assistance. The rooms could definitely be improved. The biggest issue was the strong sewage smell coming from the bathroom, which was unpleasant throughout our stay. We hope the hotel will address this problem. The buffet was also quite small, with limited variety, although the quality of the food was good. We were also surprised that many drinks and items at the beach bar were not included in the all-inclusive package and required an extra charge, which was disappointing. Considering the price we paid, we expected a better overall experience.

Positive: On the positive side, the location is excellent and the beach is beautiful and very close to the hotel. The staff is very friendly, especially the reception team who were amazing.
Negative: All-inclusive is not worth the money due to the very limited options. The drink selection is especially poor—just a few self-service soft drinks from machines, plus basic beer and wine.

Positive: The hotel has a beautiful location right by the sea with amazing views. The rooms were comfortable and clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the beach area was very relaxing. A great place to enjoy a peaceful stay.

Positive: There was a cute cat outside and the staff were really nice to him. The staff were helpful. The rooms were comfortable and the showers were warm. WIFI wasn't great but that's not a big deal.
Negative: There could have been more cats.
